    RCA L32HD31R TV - Is this a bad panel ?

    HI. I have a RCA L32HD31R Flat screen TV. I think it has a bad panel. Will you guys look at the pics and possibly confirm? The bottom 3/4 of the picture is darker than the top. Thanks

    Panel failure, not fixable sorry.
