    Visio TV color blooming - Need help!

    I have an older large screen Visio LCD TV. Picture is good except for what I think is called color blooming. It happens with both antenna and component input (HDMI inputs are not working - this is another problem with these Visio TVs). I hope to attach a picture of the screen to this not (if I can figure out how!). Any help or advice will be appreciated.

    Try reseating the cables between the T-CON board and the main board, between T-CON and the LCD panel first.
