Hi! I have another plasma I need help with.
This one is actually a public display monitor with a very strange issue.
Whenever I connect my PC to it, I get a red image, however if I open a window the image becomes "unstable" and sometimes I get a no signal error. The video bellow should explain it better.

I didn't find any visible damage when I opened the TV, but I did find it had a different design than most normal plasma TVs. It has a VGA board (HX board in the service manual), where the VGA connector is. This board plug into the J board, which then plugs into the D board (the main board).
I remember that I tested a few components the last time I worked on this thing, but since this is a dumpster dive find I didn't get much into at, and it was a few months ago, so I don't remember exactly what I tested, only that I didn't find any failed components.
Anyway, what's the most common cause of an issue like that? I was thing about a board swap, but there's 3 boards that handle the VGA signal and it's going to be big investment to replace them all.
Any help, information and advice is welcome!
