Toshiba Vestel 22inch Dead, but not diodes

Bought this thinking it would be the usual failed Diodes but no, in fact all voltages seem ok, where else should I check please,

I am getting

11.34 v
5.23v
3.31v
3.31v
5.23v

all other pins read zero

maybe another case of bad firmware whats the mainboard part number.

Hi and thanks for replying 23148120 could bad firmware render the set dead, no stand by light etc ?

maybe if it uses a 17MB95S-1 V.1 ive had a toshiba 32 in version with this fault a new mainboard solved it maybe wait and see what other peoples thoughts are.

is it Toshiba 22L1333B ??
diagnose from vinceroger69 correct, its glitch at boot firmware,
replace main board the last option if you don't flash boot Firmware.

There is a tiny diode near the Lvds out put not sure on the Pn but check it for S/C and see if its shorted.

Its D164 see if its shorted out.

you mean this one, its reading fine...... sadly, looks like a new Main board , does anyone know if there is one going, nothing on ebay

you maybe able to get the firmware have you got any freeze spray as sometimes you can freeze the ic and the set will start if it does you can get a reader and copy the data to a new chip failing that some times you can get a pre programed ic from ohm supplies but wait and see what the other think as it maynot be a firmware issue!
maybe this will work but please confirm yourself as we havnt got the boards etc in front of us to comfirm

good call, just froze the ic, it has given me the a green and red flashing standby light but not brought it on,

Ok now you need to try and reload the firmware Via Usb. I will link it for you
