can you upload photo of the T-CON , and what kind of fault the TV had exactly.

did you try to disconnect the T-CON from the panel and test voltage?
did you test voltage at main boards before the LVDS to T-CON?

okay, i saw the T-CON 6870C-0313B , replace it, its cheap on ebay. less than 10USD
