screen damage ?? Samsung UN55F7100

I did a service call for a moving company where I have to diagnose and determine if the set has been damaged from neglect.(movers)
If I could get some input on these pictures it would be helpful.
It looks (to me) like a pixel has burned out,,,,,and effected some surrounding ones..It is very small ,you will need to zoom in close to see the detail.
There are no scratches or external damage to the set.
Take a look and let me know if you think …was it caused by external forces or a (natural) screen failure…..??

I've seen this before when the screen has a sharp object pressed against it like keys or a thumbtack. The object can cause local damage to the screen, but doesn't cause the panel to crack.
