On some Panasonics they do not turn on the STBY LED when the TV is off. So the TV is off, the LED on front is off also.

Based on what you are describing, either you have no STBY voltage on the power supply, or the main board isn't telling the power supply to turn on.

Its a set not built by Panasonic and uses Vestel boards/chassis. You confused me as the model of your Tv is built by Vestel according to google but you say it has a Panasonic Psu ??? Got images of the board ?

Vestel = Totally shitty Turkish maker of TV Garbage popular for the big names to re-badge in Europe....

Seeing it has a 'TNPA' part-number, I'm guessing genuine Pan.

Sorry to disagree, but there's loads of engineers that also think Vestel = utter Crap--whether they have patents on their turds is meaningless!!

You can patent practically anything, just makes it harder for other Co's to copy--But Who in their right minds would copy a turd!!

lol every one had his thought, but one thought we will not disagree, when you design boards and the big names companies buil it with cheap bad quality parts. who are in charge the designer or the builder
