    Standby gen supply faulty on PSU board

    Could well be the controller chip, Pan had issues with some Plasma sets doing much the same, no stdby supply....

        Thats true, but Ves design them to a cost but not very well at all. I would not hate Vestel boards that bad if they at least made sure the diodes that they parallel on the Psu are rated to the proper reverse voltage that they expose them to on start up, but they dont which causes alot of issues.

          agree with you, but Vs. had nothings to do with PSU and LED ROW or side. the brands name design this and give it under other hit names like LED PLUS or edge.

                The diagram shows pin 8 as TV_SUB_ON at P2.

                STBY6V should be pins 1&2

                Looks like IC7601 generates 5.8V

                There's a fusible link PA7601, will be a tiny SMD link, worth checking that or see if 16V is reaching Pin 12.

                  So if you have 350V on sounds like the power factor correction circuit isn't working on the power supply. So question still remains if the 5.5V STBY is there or not. At this point I am not sure if you measured that correctly or not.

                  Find C7301 or C7300 and measure DCV directly at those capacitors. positive on positive of the cap and negative on the negative side.

                  Next:
                  Go to P2 connector and measure test points TP7501 to TP7511. Negative on pin 15 or 16 and probe all test points I mentioned.
                  Post all your voltages measured with the pin out names.

                        at terminal 2 D7502 I have 12.5 v
                        at terminal 2 D7501 I have 34.6 v

                          I have 0 volts terminmals 1+2

                          PA7601 is good

                          I have 12 v at pin12

                            The PFC circuit is off, you just get rectified mains. = The power supply is off. There are no voltages on that main board in order for it to turn the PSU on.
                            I don't understand why you measured 5.5V only on TP 7506, as it should be the same on TP7505 and TP7504.

                            What are all the voltages measured on the pins of IC7601?
