Magnavox 46me313v/f7 will not turn on

Hello forum, I have a magnavox that has the standby light but will not turn on. I thought it was a power supply problem as I heard a buzzing noise coming from some diodes, but the buzzing noise is only there when main board is connected via ribbon cable. Every connection to main board is disconnected, just main board and power supply. I tested outputs on main board and will give readings.

The board is in stock at shopjimmy, and before I ordered just wanted to check with the forum to see what everyone else is thinking.

Fix update. Ordered main board from shop jimmy, tv turns on, but composite video was black and white, and there was a static noise coming from speakers. Called shop jimmy, and they sent out another board, plugged this one up, and video worked fine, and sound was great.
