I have tested to output of the power supply and found voltages are not correct. One of the two 12v outputs is only 2v and both of the 5v outputs are 3.1v. The 10 large capacitors near the output connector have been removed and tested and all are within 10% of value. So, I would like to have some direction for continue troubleshooting.
