Samsung UN32EH4000 with colour problem.

I recently received a Samsung UN32EH4000 with a colour and double image problem.When the television is first switched on the colours and images are ok
then suddenly the colours change and the picture becomes black and white and
double images are also displayed .There are also lines at the top of the screen.
Can anyone supply a solution for this problem?

Posting pictures of the back of your tv showing the boards with clear pictures may help you more with fixing your problem

I'd say your panel is toast, but yes pictures of the fault would help.
