ok... but how did you remove them (all 4)? I thought you said earlier that they were soldered to the panel.

Further depending on how / what you removed, you need to ensure that the area is totally clean. On the 70in, when some have pulled the tab cables from the panel, there was "pieces" of the cable / contact left behind.... look very carefully at each area.

can you post a picture with a test pattern displayed (ie. color bars or something well known).

I remodeling the tabs and half of line went down and it still a black transparent line. The line it gets lost with any color image.

Tomorrow I'll try to Clean with q-tip with bit of alcohol.....I was thinking that I might be the ACF conductive tape since it is conductive it might have some contact....the tabs are bonded with acf tape I did removed them with hair dryer and cycle air for it not to damage panel. The tabs are more easy to peel out with heat....
I'll post pictures tomorrow see what happends......thanks for your opinions.....

ok... then they weren't soldered.... and are like the 70in.... which can be readily torn away from the contact area. Your problem is more than likely some very small portion of bonding is still there. Not sure if heating is / was a good idea as potentially it might "flow" a small bit of bonding material "at the microscopic level". Cleaning is your best bet.

hmmm.... not sure what to say. Definitely not totally "saved". If you can input a color bar test pattern, it will give you a better idea perhaps of the "response" of that area. I would try cleaning... visually you might not be able to see the "contamination" but electrically, it may be impacting the "capacitance" of the circuit such that it is causing some form of "slowness" of response.

On the 70 in that I "saved", one driver was totally melted into the bezel plastic but depending on how I started the TV, its picture was only slightly affected, other times, it wouldn't start at all. Once removed, all was good. I have seen posts of a few others have some issues after removal... cleaning helped, I think.

I clean the area and inspected were it was bond and everything seems right. The other tabs on the other side are working good no heating at all. What am thinking is were the damage tab was, if it was removed when started doing the line it would be saved. My thoughts is that ic driver burn the pixels if it was remove when it started doing I think it will not showed the black line..

Yea I saved a 70 inch sharp too the ic driver looked burn and when I touched it was heating bad as the other.....I didn't though by doing this will work....but at the end is worth it not to throw it to the trash.....

                        by Ihandyrepair
                        Hi guys

I just started fixing 4k TV few months ago. so I am still learning a lot
I got this tv from friend complaint is ghosting or horizontal lines on image.

never saw the original symptom but I took the tv back home. the funny part is that after bringing to home, the tv worked fine no issue for 3 weeks.
then it started to show the ghosting white image.
I started using the tape method, but this tv does not have a T con board and it has only 1 ribbon cable from main board to the tv panel.
it has 3 thin small boards at the bottom of the...

                        by cubytus
                        Hi to all,

I was given this TV, an entry-level 4K 50" set. Some have criticized its lack of contrast and relatively poor colour rendering, but for my needs, it's very decent.

I reset everything to factory settings, but this line keeps on fading in and out when watching a streaming channel from the Tizen firmware. Interestingly, it only happens when TV is warm, after about 1h45 of it being turned on.

Watching a movie from an external source doesn't trigger the line as easily (needs 2 hours), and from a normal viewing distance, is hardly noticeable. It...

                        Sharp LC-60LE741E - Horizontal Bands / Stripes
                        by Strudul
I have a strange problem that appeared suddenly on my SHARP LC-60LE741E 60” LCD television. It has 22 evenly spaced horizontal grey stripes over the entire area of the screen. The stripes only effect dim areas of an image. Blacks are still purely black, and anything brighter than 40% is unaffected. Bright outdoor scenes are fabulous. Dark low contrast scenes ... like all CGI on Netflix are unbearable. It's like your looking through dirty venetian blinds. The grey bars appear above any slightly dark colors. If you look closely, you'll see that there are white pixels mixed in with the correct...
