Mitsubishi WS-65611 projection tv won't power on

I have an old Mitsubishi projection tv that stopped powering on a couple of years ago. My research at the time suggested the problem could be bad caps on the DM Power board. I removed the board but ended up buying a new tv and let it drop. I decided to look at it again. None of the caps looked bad to me. I removed one and it tested good. Just wondering if anyone on the forum has experience with these old tvs and has any suggestions. Picture attached.

dead - no blinks----CHECK 12V [AC-OFF DETECT] PIN 3 PC9A21. IF MISSING REPLACE PC9A21 268P058020 ON THE POWER PCB. 2] CHECK FOR 5V AT CONNECTOR RF PIN 3 [SYSTEM RESET] IF LOW OR MISSING THE RESET SWITCH S7L20 432P089010 ON THE CONTROL PCB.
dead - no power----CHECK TAC SWITCH PANEL FRONT, REPLACED.

Are you referring to connectors on the board I attached a picture of? I don't see the things you talk about. There are three connectors - PD, PE, PF.
