LG 42PW350 horizontal lines on screen

Hi guys. I have an LG plasma tv with lines on the screen. The original problem was that the tv wouldn't power up. I found the YSUS board had blown capacitors and shorted IGBTs. I ordered a new board. I put the new board in, and now the tv powers up. Problem now, there are thin horizontal lines across the entire screen and a large thick horizontal bar on the top of the screen. When I access the menu, even the menu has lines across it. Any ideas as to what would cause this?

Incorrectly fitted tabs to buffer-board or faulty buffer

OMG I really feel stupid now, had a brain fart. I forgot to push down the tabs on the buffer ribbon connectors, and the top buffer ribbon was not installed properly. Reseated and TV is fine. thanks Alastair.

You were lucky there as that can actually kill the panel lol
