UE40S870 No LNB Power

Hello

i have an Samsung TV here that has no signal on sat, because
the lnb voltage are not available.

-when i gave the voltage over an remote receiver the tv works.
-LNB voltage are "on" in the menu
-i also tried a factory reset

so the problem is only the missing lnb voltage, but i
cant find a service manual or other useful infos.

did anyone know about this issua or have anyone a similiar problem?

usually caused by a short in the lnb or cable,

the pin on the tuner nearest the F connector is usually the supply input.

there are nothing connected to f-connection.

thats right the nearest was the supply voltage pin. (0,6V)
but i cannot track the line i lose it at the doppleprinting print.

Do anyony know which ic is responible for the lnb supply voltage??

and hava anyone a servicemanual?

never seen a sat tuner with those connectors before either.

yes of course

the print is probably a three-printed-circuit,

without a service manual i dont came forward......
