So it had blown main AC fuse, so yes. Then you better check all the devices attached to the heatsink at least, especially the PFC power MOSFET.

QP802 has a steady beep on both outer pins.
QP801 has steady beep on 1 outer pin.
Put meter in 200 Ohm scale then check the resistance between the Middle (DRAIN) against the two outer pins, then tell us how Ohms it shows on the meter.

802 shows .6 and .1
801 shows .5 and never changed ( stayed 1)
802 is bad.
801 is also bad if you are getting 63.1 Ohms.
I would change both of them including the PFC Controller IC, PFC diode mounted on the heatsink..
You also need to check any resistors/diodes connected to the Gate for damages.
Finally got all components in and time to install them..... Works great.
