Samsung LN52B530P7F- Loud pop then dead

Fist off this is my first attempt to repair a TV, so I apologize for the lack of knowledge and terminology.
While watching my tv it made a LOUD pop then went dead. No power, no lights, just dead.
The first thing I tried was plugging it into a different outlet, which didn't have any affect. I pulled of the back cover to check the capacitors, at first I didn't see any damage until a closer look. I found the fuse closest to the power plug was blown and also found ansmall blue capacitor damaged. No other damage or burnt places that i can see. Hopefully the pictures will load so you will see where the fuse and capacitor are located.
    A few questions.
    1. Will this capacitor cause a loud pop?
    2. Will this cause the tv not to power on at all?
    3. Is there a replacement capacitor for this one? The capacitor has R122 1kv, after searching the internet, I could not find an exact match. Also, any suggestiins on where to get the fuse and capacitor?
Please let me know if any further information is needed.
Thanks in advance for any help.

Do you have a multimeter to measure resistance? The cap could be short or one of the diodes or mosfets is shorted.

      Thanks for your reply.
I do have a mutimeter, the pic doesn't show very well but some of the casing is missing off both sides of the cap. I found a good size of the casing in the back of the tv.

using the diode mode measure across the capacitor? If its a steady beep then it is shorted. If not, then something else may have blown the cap.

In diode mode there is no beep, but checking some of the resistors there is a steady beep( not sure if it is suppose to).
Checking the resistance with the multimeter set on 2000k that cap starts at -63 then climbs above 100+

That is the commonly failed snubber cap CP816 for the PFC Diode DP801 in the PFC Voltage booster circuit.
Your pictures are not clear enough to read the P/N of the board.

the steady beep on the resistors is normal.

Did you check the PFC diode to see if it is short?

CP816, CP817 are the same value caps, should be 220pF 1KV or higher.
They are connected in parallel with the diode common cathode DP801.

Sorry, my first time trying this, I don't know which diode that is.

802 and 804 are good. 801 has 3 leads, the 2 outer leads have a steady beep but any other combination on the 3 leads are good. Does this mean it is shorted?

DS801 is a 3 pin diode. Its beeping because you are measuring from cathode to cathode. Put the negative probe on the middle pin and measure both other pins with positive probe.

So I don't have to worry about matching the r221 1kv exactly, as long as the values are the same?

You can stick a 2kv one in there if you want.

I go for 2KV, you should replace both of them.
