2 seconds to black with a twist

Ok i found this site via Google and read the post about 2 seconds to black.

I have a Sanyo DP42848 tv. Got it for free because the guy said it had sound but screen went black.

So got it home and tried it, and he was right turned on stayed on but 2 seconds later the screen went black, but tv stayed on.
I read in the 2 seconds to black post that I might be able to see a image with a flashlight so I went and tried.
I turned the tv on, and it stayed on....
I played a dvd and just played.
But it made a squeal sound. So thats my question the squeal sound. It last maybe a minute then goes away.. I left the tv on for an hour or so played and worked fine.
so any ideas? It is a bit dusty so figured pop back off and blow it out.

Heres a video with the squeal.

Ok here is a side shot. Can see like 3 lines. Can't see them looking straight at it tho.
Also the squeal noise last only a few seconds this time.

It looks like some of the lamps are not on.

Are they expensive or hard to replace?

could be a bad transformer on the inverter board too.
