    Panasonic TC-L50ET60 Possible Bad Panel

Im having issues with a Panasonic TC-L50ET60, and I'm fearing that it's a bad panel, but it's presenting some unique symptoms with which I'm not familiar.

Basically, the entire bottom half of the screen shifts up and down about a centimeter on a regular basis - it moves back and forth once about every two seconds. There are a few horizontal lines that are stationary, but there are also a few that shift with the picture and/or disappear.

I know I've done a poor job of explaining. Hoping this video will help:

Thanks in advance for any and all assistance!

Looks to be a lower buffer board fault. Also known as an SD board. I would remove both upper and lower buffer boards make sure the screw Contacts are nice and tight then reconnect everything and make sure the screws holding the SC board are nice and tight

It's an LCD. No buffer boards. So bad panel, unfortunately.

That's what I was afraid of, but wanted to be sure before I parted it out. Thanks for the diagnosis!
