    I'm stuck . Panasonic TH-L32U20M panel's boards issue

    Hi

The TV seem to start ( blinking green) but goes into blinking red. No display and or backlight. Full view photo.

    Actions :

    1. Disconnected Panel's Right, 2nd, board : TV comes ON (steady green , no blinking red )
1a. You can see in two photos the B/W screen , fading blue "HDMI12" , and the wierd sides of the image, like an old CRT.
Obviously the fault is from or on the Right, secondary board

    2. I taped the Flex tracks, ~2 tracks at a time- see Photo. The issue seems to be on the V lines (Assuming Data lines are the thin ones).

    3. I measured Resistance to GND on BOTH sides of every Cap ( BL on GND). I provide a Hi-Rez patchwork FullView of the measurements. But this gave me no clue on "what's next" as I did not find clear (to me) issue.

Any chance of an issue in the panel's matrix / Side COFs ?

I don't know what to do next

    Thanks for reading
