LG plasma 50ps30 can not turn on

My LG plasma 50ps30 has problem. Turn on button It has blink blue led
3 ,4 times then back stanby orange.I can hear buz from powersupply but no relay click
no vs, va. It has Relay on 3.3v , vg on 3.3v , but down ov when standby led goes orange.zero v on AC detect

Check all fuses are ok. The board is EAY60704801 Thanks

Check the FETs in this picture for s/c

If they are shorted there are several parts that will need replaced.

I do not know why relay never click.I hear buz from pfc section when turn on but not any voltage out.There is only standby voltage.
There is no short fets, all fuses are good.
