Panasonic tc-p42x3 mainboard issues

    Panasonic tc-p42x3 mainboard issues

    I pick up Panasonic Tc-p42x3. I found a short on the sn but the TV has no red led in the front. So I had a 50inch motherboard I hooked the board up with the connection that was the same to see if it would do any thing with the sn and sc unplugged. It turn on all my voltages are good coming from the power supply.

    So reading around on a few post it common for the motherboard to short out but I wondering if anyone has fixed one and where to test on it?

      I'm just replaying in the hopes that a panny tech sees this.
      I love panasonic sets and have a few of these mainboards and would love to get them going again.

              Little back story on me and the issues that we are dealing with...
              I work on a fleet that uses Panasonic CF-20s we have about 65 of them. Up until the beginning of the year they all had warranty so all the repairs were covered. Fast-forward to now and all of the units are out of warranty and it can't be extended past this point. We don't have the budget this year to replace them, so we will be stuck trying to fix any issues that may come up.

              I picked up a Panasonic DMR-ES30V (UK). When I first plugged in there was nothing, appeared completely dead, I then turned it on and off a couple of times at the mains supply and it came on. It accepts a cassette but then spits it out straight away, the DVD drive functions sometimes but then the unit turns off with nothing on the display. I took the back off and noticed the fan does not spin. The display for the DVD side does seem a little dim when it is working.

              I have looked on google and people say it is most likely a capacitor/s.

              Just looking for some advice on which...

              Hello. I need help opening the service menu on a Panasonic TC-59R62
              Its an old CRT with bad overscan. The top left of the screen is cut out and I need to adjust it. Ive tried multiple methods online ie, holding volume down on the TV then pressing recall (with the 30m timer as well). Nothing I have tried has been able to bring up the menu if there's one at all.
              Or is there an adapter I could use to fix this? Trying to use the TV for old retro games but again the top left of the screen is cut out and cant see anything displayed there.

              I have this Toshiba 49U7763DB Tv which was suffering issues after various electrical power cuts, which happened in quick succession
              Originally the TV was powering on and then very shortly powering off. I managed to get into the menu structure before powering off and carry out a first time installation of the TV. Which didn't make much difference. I have managed to factory reset (that didn't make any difference either).
              The firmware inside the 17MB120 is corrupted and is causing some strange issues so my question is does anyone have any suitable firmware for this model?
