    4921QP1046B fixable ?

    I have two IPM ICs 4921QP1046B, pulled from the Z-Sustain board 6871QZH060B. Interested to fix them, but it's covered by the material which is not transparent, tried my best to remove but still not successful. The parts are still hidden.
    Anyway to remove and clean it inside so I can see all the parts ? or service manual for the module ?

      Problem

      This is an LG edge LED lit LCD Display. The LEDs are on the bottom edge of the display. There are 2 bars (left and right) Each bar has many LEDs and a 6 pin connector. Each pin drive several LEDs thus is the highest current flow / heat junction. The weak lead free solder gradually fails with thermal expansion/contraction cycling and increases resistance. PSU will compensate up to a point, then when the current is too high, PSU just shut down the backlight causing a dark display. I have even seen one which the connector just fell off as solder points became completely detached....

      The TV is a Samsung UN65JU67ODFXZA Version TD01. I replaced the power source board and the TV is now working, but I decided to try and troubleshoot the old board to fix at the component level. Trying to get a schematic and a parts list has proven to be an issue. Trying on my own, I can't tell you how many times my Norton security has flagged sites as "malicious". I ordered a service manual from ServiceManuals.net, paid $16.99 and got 66 pages of everything BUT schematics and component parts list! Can anyone steer me in the right direction?       Hi, i have a Panasonic Cf-W5 with the bios password, I tried remove cmos but problem didnot solve.
      I uploaded the picture after remove cmos battery, It look like this is a Phoenix bios. The bios dump file in the link i attached

      every time I open the tool, I have the screen that appears
      and I am always in a hurry to use it so I click and it automatically sends me a link to the manufacturer.

      It annoys me lol.

      2 solutions to remove it.

      Either you remove pic.bmp and it no longer appears so no more links when clicking.

      or else you can modify the exe to remove the .bmp
