Philips 32PFL3517H, chassis TPM9.2E LA, find no chanells

I have this smart tv, work ok with one exception: I can find no channels.
I do the scan, analog and digital, but find 0 cannels.
I do all the measurments on the main board, everithings seems to be ok.
I have service manual and I found nothing wrong.

Can somebody help me with some advice?

Check that little RF can on the main board and see if it gets any power. No power = no RF reception.
