Samsung LED UN60EH6003FXZA sound no picture

I get the startup sound when you power up the tv. I then get a black screen with a vertical bar in the middle of the screen. It then starts turning green from right to left. At first it looks like a bad panel, but when I remove the t-con board connector from the t-con board, the tv screen turns blue with no distortion or h/v lines. Would this point to a bad t-con board?

What happen you if you only have one ribbon cable between the T-CON and the LCD panel connected one at a time?

You check voltage at control points on the T-con board.
Disassemble the frame. You need to get to the matrix itself.
Traces of water are often there.
You try to disable one ribbon cable at the output of the T-con.
Check the connectors.

When I connect just one of the ribbon cables from the t-con to the panel I get this.

What is Part Number on the T-con? = BN95-00628C ?
What is model on the matrix?

Can you see there? Moisture often gets there.
