Cannot tell by looking at the static picture.
Does it flicker if you turn down the backlights level in the user menu setup?

Yes it still flickers. Although it is more of a static white image at all times. Sometimes it flickers but most of the times its just as you see it here. sometimes its the whole screen, but the remaining section that you see in the picture is even more white.. Usually when I first turn on the tv it won't do this, but after about 45 seconds it does.

How about showing the pictures of other images instead of just blank screen that shows just NO SIGNAL so we can see colors and details of the images?
We also need the pictures of the whole back side of the TV so we can see all the boards and how they are connected together.

You mean the backlight is flickering right? You have one or more LEDs out. You'll have to open the panel, find the bad LED string, and replace it.

Here are these pictures of the back. Are you wanting me to take off the back panel and then take pictures? I don't really know what is going to be the information you're looking for and what is not.

Yes, take the back off so people can see what circuit boards and led layout you have in this set.
Willing to help but I'm no expert.

YouTube or similar would be best if you want to post a video.
