Yes it still flickers. Although it is more of a static white image at all times. Sometimes it flickers but most of the times its just as you see it here. sometimes its the whole screen, but the remaining section that you see in the picture is even more white.. Usually when I first turn on the tv it won't do this, but after about 45 seconds it does....Leave a comment:
