Hi guys
Just fixed this tv using another thread (no 15v supplying the 5v/3.3v) 10 flashesh of red led (sos)
So I bridged the 0 ohm link/fuse that popped due to kids stiffing things into the sd card slot just to see if it turned on (tv was free so no loss if it damaged owt)
Problem now is the screen has a stripe of red green and blue lines up it 1/8th of the way in from the right, 1/8th of the screen thick, it relates to the second connector on the buffer card (if I unplug it the lines get really dotty and scrambled but go back to RGB lines when reconnected, if I remove a different connector along the board I get a differerent 1/8th showing random dotty interference,
Found a buffer card on eBay for £4 but wanted to check it's not a buggered screen first? Anyone know if it's the card or screen?
Regards
Richard
