Hitachi 55HDS69 - missing horizontal lines

This repair started in another thread as a "no picture/no sound" issue, but after having the lower Y-buffer board repaired I now have picture and sound. To keep the repair symptoms clear, I decided to create a new thread because...

There are horizontal lines missing (evenly spaced across the whole height of the screen):


Thoughts? Would this mean the Y-sustain board also needs repair?

I think you still have a problem in your buffers.
