Panasonic (TC-P55ST30) No power

I have a Panasonic TC-P55ST30 that will not power on. I have no Flashing LED lights. Actually, I have no LED lights at all. I tried the unplug, hold power 10sec, then plug in again. No change. Removed back cover, No boards where grounded to case. Also, I have 120v entering main board. This is where I stopped. Any help on further troubleshooting would be appreciated.

Please post pics of the TV with the back cover removed and close up Hi-Def pics of the PSU board and connectors.

follow the guide, but I'd determine if 5Vstb is present, if so A board would be a suspect. SC boards can go short and cause 14 blink or locked solid LED. Should not affect 5Vstdby line though. the A board turns the front led on.

Should I read 5vac or 5vdc? Sorry, for junior league question. I do have 5v dc. I moved to next step which was to disconnect a1 on a board and listen for relay click. Did this no click. Therefore replace a board. Just want to make sure about the ac/dc reading.

It will be DC, everything on the power supply outputs is always DC.
