Flickering picture on a SIM2 HT200 Projector

Hi everybody

I encouter a new problem with my old (and good) projector : a SIM2 HT200.

I made a video for you to understand the problem : the picture is flickering.

Note that I already took apart the projector to fix a bad cap problem on the lamp ballast...
