PN42C450B1D No video or OSD

I have a Samsung PN42C450B1D That has no video/osd but does have sound. All voltages are correct. I've replaced the Main and logic boards but still no picture. The heat sinks are warm on the x and y main boards. Can't even bring up the internal test pattern. Any ideas?

When you say all voltages are correct are you including VSC and VE?

I have a set of boards from one of those..in case you need something else..

Yes. Vsc is -197, Vs is 207v and Va is 54v.

Is the panel glowing.
Even slightly?

You might need to darken the room.

Well you've probably bought a faulty control board. Are both control boards not displaying test patterns?

You positive you've applied the jumper to the correct pins?

Neither board will bring up test patterns. I replaced the Y-Scan drive (LJ92-01739C) and still had no picture. But did notice the green led on the logic board was blinking very slow (before changing the y-scan drive board, it blinked every second). And I notice the heat sinks on the Y-main and the X-Main are cold with the new Y-scan) I replaced with the old Y-scan and the heat sinks warm up and the green LED blinks every one second. I may sub the Y-main and the X main.
