Yes, I did see in the picture (https://www.badcaps.net/forum/showth...t=47214&page=3) that you have marked and it is the bypass cap.
So the question remains, is it bad or what?
So you are not going to replace c102 for the common failure mode?

That is MLC capacitor, is it bad or something?
That is just noise bypass on FB Pin 5 of IC MP2363.

Where did you see the c139? on the main board? Does the main board you have has C102?

Should inspect the caps on the power supply board first, bad caps can look normal, you will need ESR meter to test them. More likely to be C102 on the main board problem.

new member, short term reader, I'm working on a samsung 46 lcd for my father in law.
model# ln46a550. I've read about replacing the caps on the power board and will start there. His issues are that when the tv is cold, it has a very loud buzz and green fuzzy pic. It restarts on it's own 4 or 5 times and then all is fine. Something heats up and is great after that. Any help?

zdsh07p9 did you figure what your problem is? I would think you will have to change the Voltage Regulators - Switching Regulators and the Schottky Diodes & Rectifiers.

Had to order a used main board on eBay, those two didn't fix mine. Still had to heat it up for it to turn on...

    Just a quickie,

If you solder a rb cap to replace an smd, think about a tiny bit of the black foam/rubber type double sided tape between it and the board when you lay the cap down. The tape helps stop it vibrating long term causing a solder failure, helps you solder it it holds the cap in place and provides some more insulation between any pins under the can and the can. Avoid the latex type filler and silicon like they use on the component side to hold large caps, a lot of it goes brown and conductive after a while.
