Celcus LED50189FHDCNTD PSU, swapping with another?

I have the above Tv with a power supply issue, I have tried to locate the problem but to no avail, I've crossed referenced it with another very similar PSU and as far as I can tell all components on both supplies measure the same yet one works and one doesn't so I ask this, looking at the PSUs in the photos, would the replacement be OK as a substitute with it's slight differences? as you can see there are four main differences, there's an extra main cap, two extra ceramic caps on the mains input and one extra by the LED output stage, this also has a different LED power stage to the original using what I believe are T0-220 type diodes to the original through hole. The Tv turns on and is stable but I've only tried it for about two minutes, personally I think it's fine, the back light is flicker free with plenty of brightness, Tv turns on pretty much straight away but I'm not entirely sure it will be good with prolonged use.

Going back to the original problematic PSU, I've taken a photo of an area where the voltage fluctuates by a hundred or so volts back and forth from about 65v with this subtle clicking noise, maybe once a second. As I've said above, I've tested all components here and cross referenced those figures with what I get with the working one, all are pretty much the same so I'm perplexed, I haven't a clue as to what's wrong with it, the model No: Vestel 17PW07-2 141111 there's no standby light, no cold section voltages and main caps do fully charge to around 390v.

Hi again, I guess a lack of response confirms it's OK? any ideas on the fault? I know it's a Vestel POS but to get it working again would be preferable, thanks, Andy.

Well, if you swapped the Power Board and the TV is working now. Just save the non-working board for spares in the event you have aPower Board problem in the future.

All I'm worried about is the power consumption of the 50" LED Tv vs the 39" from which the working PSU is borrowed, if the 50" draws more current it may cause the PSU to go again at some point, personally I do think it's OK but others may have more experience with these sorts of things and so give an educated response. I'm going to have to replace one or the other at some point so to get the faulty one working again would be great or it's £25 from Evil-bay, so if anyone has any ideas please I'm all ears, thanks, Andy.
