I got this Gigabyte Aero RTX 4060 where it initially wouldn't get detected, after disassembly i found that U504 (12v to 5v) was corroded at pin 1 together with it's ADJ resistors, i swapped them for close enough ones (it goes to a 1.02k resistor > 340ohm then 0hm > GND), i installed a 1k and 300ohm one and got 5v properly, fans would spin fine but card still wouldn't get detected, i've measured PEX present then found out that FBVDDQ was missing entirely, analyzing further, U15 was shorted at it's VCC pin (7), at the time i didn't have another exact model but got a TPS51211 instead, i checked for it's pinout etc. and thought it would work, after installing, it would receive it's EN and VCC properly (PGOOD is pulled from 5v so it isn't generated by the IC, not even the replacement ones) but wouldn't switch on, tried setting the original TRIP resistor (R246) from 294k down to 75k and nothing, then i found an APW8828 and tried installing that one but nothing still, no other component or resistor are bad, the rest of the card except that corroded area was pristine and perfect. Since the original U15's GS7212ATD‑R doesn't have a datasheet, am i missing something those other two aren't compatible with on this setup? for now i am unable to source the original due to issues with the courier at my region. And im out of clues on why those two ic's aren't switching on this board. for now it's the APW8828 that is installed and i have no resistor on RF, i left it floating, and there's a 200k resistor to GND on the OCSET pin (2)
