Samsung t24c550 no power on

Hello fellas.

I have a 24 led tv/monitor with no power on.

This tv was damage for storm and since then won't turn on.
So far.

I replace the power supply because the original show only 1.5volts.
Now i have another give me 14volts.
So, i check couple components next to power jack and i have those 14volts but the rest tv is like dead.

Since this unit only have a power supply/main board i don't know what else need to check.
Another thing do i check was the little power button connector and can identify any voltage on that..

Any idea ????

do you have 3,3V on IC901 ?
If yes, try to reprogram this chip !
Read---> store ----->write the stored file again on the eeprom !

0.05 volts leg 1 and 2 and 6 only

pin 8 ---> vcc should be 3,3 ?

Sorry no SM to find ! :o(

But first you have to find where the 3,3V come from.
