Ok thank you. I'm going to inspect all the boards further to make sure nothing is swollen and needs to be replaced.

For the few seconds that the TV stays "on" yes. They both peak at what the sticker indicates. 60v and 205v.

I would my self put the old boards back in and start again just in case one of the boards are faulty that you received due to you saying you have a different fault than before ?
Then download the training manual from here:http://elektrotanya.com/lg_42pj350_t.../download.html
i think its page 41 where it shows you how to jump the power supply to see if voltages are steady especially VS/VA,plus there`s more info in there for you to browse to hopefully pinpoint you to the fault.
