Samsung LN46C600F3F - Powers on w/Backlight but no display or audio

I have a SamsungLN46C600 that will power up and make the power on sound, but it will not show video or audio. The Main board responds to the power on command from my Chromecast but that's it.
I checked the PS voltages and they are all correct. And the voltage regulators on the main board seem to have the correct voltage. The processor on the main board in the center with the heat sink is very warm and the Tuner is warm.. The Tuner hasn't been hooked up so I have no clue why it's warm..
Coincidentally I have a similar series 40 inch LN40C630K1F and another 46”inch LN46A650A1F that are doing the exact same thing..
Any thoughts?

How about using other Video source?
Did you check the DCV at both end of the SMD fuse on the T-CON board with ref to the chassis to GND?

I didn't check the voltage on the T-con because i don't get any audio either. to troubleshoot i disconnected the TCon to see if that would have any effect on the audio.. i get the same result on all inputs that i can check. No video so i cant really change the source. I rely on that HDMI-CEC to turn on the TV and go to the right source.

You should at least verify that you do have Voltage for T-CON board since you may have multiple problems and need to eliminate one by one.

I have the voltage at the T-Con. I guess we looking at a main board problem?
