samsung 42 inch plasma screen problem

Attached is the problem I've got with a samsung 42 inch plasma model no ps42q7hd, anybody point me in the right direction to what the problem might be?

No I think panel is fine but more likely logic board or main board issue. Logic sits behind the mainboard i think in these
