LG Plasma 42 PG100R clicking and won't turn on

    I got an LG 42 PG100R Plasma.
The TV won't turn on. After clicking of the power unit, the status LED turns green, then it turns off to standby and the power led to red.
I have dissaembled the TV and took the power unit off.
All capacitors looks fine, all diodes are fine and the 2 fuses are fine also.
So i have changed 2 Mosfet transistors against new ones (known issue at this power unit).
But nothing changed, i still get the same error. i do not know what could it be.
My power unit is the same one than this

    Part Number is EAY41360401.
i hope, that someone could help me. What else should i check?

Have you checked any PSU output voltages? Have you tried isolating the Y-sustain and Z-sustain boards?

Lg PG series models are brutal to diagnose!! You could try unplugging each harness one by one from the PS board then re-power up to see if you get a different result? I had the misfortune of repairing the PG series. Any board goes bad this seems to be the symptom, making it tough to find. The 2 PG 50's I repaired both had bad Y boards which would force the ps board relay to click and shut down as fast as you could turn it on. It sure acted like a bad PS but in the end both PS boards turned out fine.

Today, something is blown up at the power unit but i couldn't see what.
So first, i have ordered an new power unit.
If it still will not work with the new power unit, i will return the new power unit back and sell the tv for parts on ebay.
