Asus x453ma only turn on when plugged in (battery was fine)

Hi all
Iv'e been working on asus x453ma that only turn on when the ac adapter connected
The battery itself was fine

So this is what happen
-plugged ac adapter
-trigger power button
-laptop turning on
-unplug the ac adapter
Laptop still on with battery
-without ac adapter
-trigger power button
And nothing happens

Have no idea what is going on
Charging sistem still works when laptop is turning on
And also when battery reach 100% the charging indicator still red. It should turn white/green isn't it?
