Proscan LED tv model # PLDEDE3992A Blue sceen only

When turned on the screen displays multi color lines on the left side of screen then quickly fades to dark blue screen.
Now, turns brighter blue screen with Dialogue box "no signal".
    Now, only dark blue screen.
No sound or response from other control buttons on side of panel.
There appears to be small droplets of oily residual substance on chassis panel between power and circuit boards.
No scorch spots or areas of discoloration visible on boards, wiring or components .
Used a known good X Box console to obtain video source. No reception displayed.

Macbook 2017 with touchbar (A1706) won't turn on after removing the screen
    by Ryan.man
Hello everybody! Posting this in hopes somebody has some expertise that leads to a clear path of troubleshooting that saves me a lot of time!

My macbook has the flex cable problem, the one that prevents the screen turning on. Ive been dealing with this for the last 3 years. Last year it went dead and I managed to fix it following youtube tutorials. But my fix wasnt the best, the problem returned a month later. This week, it went dead again. I again tried to fix it.

This time the original cable broke too close to the screen, it can't be fixed without tearing the screen...

The 19v, 5v, 3v are well established after the chip 5v-3v. the following signals : 3d3v_aux_kbc (which supplies the sio chip) and 3d3_s5 are well established also.

Macbook Air M2 A2681 Kernel panics after screen replacement
    by reformatt
Just had a customer bring in a M2 MBA A2681 that had had a screen replacement in April at another repairer. Since then, she has been getting intermittent kernel panics. It's an aftermarket screen, and of course it fails in diagnostics as the calibration hasn't been done. The error in the panic log is "No device added after powering on the rails".

It seems the original repairer has swapped the board and the screen to other MAC's, and said that it isn't a screen issue. From what I understand, by doing a quick search on Google, this is in fact a screen issue. The panic relates...

    Samsung 65" UE65TU7000KXXU VER:02/UTU7000 TV Blue screen
    by gbbradshaw
    Hi.
I have the Samsung TV Model: UE65TU7000KXXU VER:02/UTU7000 which has developed the following issue: blue screen while the sound it's still working. This happened after the screen developed some horizontal lines at first and then the next day suddenly turned into blue background. the screen was not damaged or anything. I can't access the menu. I have taken the tv to a local tech to have a look and he said that he thinks that it might be the pcb board as the back-lights are working and the sound aswell . I was hoping maybe you can guide me if I should buy the pcb board or not? Thanks
