    Mike Castillo

    Hello again,
I 'am hoping some one can help me diagnose my Proscan LED TV.
It is model # PLDED3992 A and it does turn on and displays multiple lines across the top and left side of the screen. Within 1 minute the screen turns dark blue but there is no response on the screen when the control buttons on the side are pressed. Only response is from the power button, it turns on/off.
I don't have a remote control for it and was wondering if it's worth trying to fix.

Any help will be much appreciated

    Mike Castillo

Hello to all, my name is Mike Castillo and I live in sunny South Florida.
Right now it's a balmy, and I mean 70% humidity balmy, 77 degrees.
I am an arborist by trade and I have always loved to tinker and repair electronic/robotic toys. I have recently discovered how to make minor repairs to flat screen televisions and I actually enjoy it, even more than fixing toys.
I am also a certified GM technician from the muscle car era; that's from 1960 up to 1972.
I enjoy NASCAR Racing and absolutely love Landscaping...
