Hi all and thanks in advance for any help or insight given. I did research first and did see any previous thread that matched my question.
About 1 year ago when I tried to turn on the TV all it did was make a clicking noise. Research showed that most likely two capacitors were bad. I took the TV apart and discovered, as shown, two capacitors that were swollen. I replaced them myself and the TV started to work just fine again.
Last week I go to turn on the TV and it sounds like it is booting up, clicks, makes the start up Samsung sound and then seems to shut down, only to immediately go through that process, automatically over and over again for about 5 minutes until the TV will start up and play.
My question is, given the TV sets age, what are your thoughts on this apparent rebooting. And secondly, is it worth fixing or will other parts start down the same path and eventually be one thing after another?
When the TV is on, the pictures is great and I notice no other issues.
thanks and kindest regards.
