Way way way back in Dec of 2014, I was working on a nice Sammy PN50...
Being that I have learned a lot since then, I wanted to re-visit the unit and get confirmation on what I think is wrong..
I am going to sum up the previous thread, but if anyone wants to refer back to it, it's here:

What I have is a Samsung PN50B430P2DXZA. On plug-in/power-up, I get a relay click and I hear the Samsung startup tones..
No picture on the display whatsoever...
All voltages all check out per the label...
The Control Board LED blinks the normal one-per-sec so it's not in protection mode.. But I replaced it anyways (got one cheep) but no luck..
I get an audible power hum out of the X-Main board and a noticeable click-click-click-click (sounds like a BBQ Grill Igniter) from the Y-SUS board...
Judging from the previous thread, my thinking is a bad Y-SUS board..
Sound about right??
