Take some VA/VS voltages on your power supply the test posts are clearly marked, make sure they match what the sticker says they should be that's inside the panel.

Okay I haven't gotten this TV going yet. I still have sound and no video, and I changed out the ymain and upper buffer. Lower buffer is next. I saw on another post, a guy had this same kind of problem and he said it was the "ic" but I have no clue what that means. Anything will help.
