I have a KDL-32BX330 that just went dead. It turns on, I can see the backlights light up and a very faded/yellowish bleeded looking Sony logo and then after about 5-10 seconds the TV turns off. As of now I know its not the Main board as it does the same thing when the board is removed, and I also tested a replacement main board to be sure.

Re: Sony Bravia KDL-32BX330 Backlights but No Picture
I have one in shop. The P.S. voltages are fine. The original main board power came on, backlight came on but has no sound, picture or menu. Ordered a main board the set never turned on, no backlight, nothing. We returned that board and got another. The set turned on, had backlight but no menu, picture or sound . Same as the original board.
I checked the bower supply voltages and they were good. All cable are connected and main board chips never got really hot. all bad main boards?
