Friend gave me this TV. When power cord connnected the Vizio logo on bezel is yellow, and within seconds will start blinking white. I have reseated all cables. One time it actually turned on and I was able to go through all commands with the remote. Turned off and reassembles, but it returned to blinking white logo. I was not able to replicate correct functioning again. Continues to blink white regardless of what I tried.
No apparent bulging caps, but seems these new caps are not completely flat as older TVs.
