For reference,--
Dead initially, then crackling from speaker, then lots of vertical green lines, changing to actually working but has cogging/raggedy verticals of any displayed vertical lines, including sides of menu boxes/letters etc. This all happens within about a minute or two, but the raggedy verticals remain.
Change the 6 100uF 16V surface-mount caps just adjacent to the power-plug on the Mainboard.
--No need to change the 82uF--Its a Polymer cap and usually OK
Then remove the larger of the two tin-work covers on the board, and replace the two 1000uF 10V surface-mount caps near the large surface-mount chips.
--Cant miss 'em, Only two 1000's live inside the tin-work. Take care to replace the tin-work with its dead-toad pads correctly,--It acts as a heatsink for those two processor-chips inside.
--Job done.
