Haven't got this one in my possession yet but was sent a picture of this faulty 3 year old Sammy. Best guess?? Bad panel?? Timing control board??

Not sure bud, don't have the tv in front me, was just sent the photo of what it's doing. My guess was Panel too but I wanted to check in with the pros here firstComment
